Sources say this particular variety was grown for years by a passionate Amaryllis farmer in The Hague, a city in the Netherlands. Originally exclusive to the holiday cut flower market, 'Barbados' is now available for dry bulb sales. Richly red, crepe textured flowers provide striking contrast with their white star centers. The perfect color combination for the holidays!
